A day at the county fair is like a box of chocolates.... you never know what you're gonna get. From helping little Kevin Rosamond find his mom, observing the beef (and getting free cow keychains!!) Listening to mr. check one two, one two, check one, two yeah... yeah yeah yeah, check yeah check. Drooling over award winning pies, cakes, and enormous squash. Riding a camel, looking at the bunnies, roosters, and goats, sampling the kettle corn, and trying to sample some potatoes chips only to be told "uh, those are for display..." and enjoying the country folk of good ol' Fauquier. And of course, a trip downtown for some salmon of knowledge. Picture: award winning JMU quilt... no, we didn't make it.
