Apple Butter

This week I had the opportunity to help prepare apples to be made into apple butter at Sunnyside Retirement Community for their annual Apple Butter Festival! The residents are the cutest people ever (the man I was quartering apples with worked for the CIA!) and it was a great break from a week-long study marathon! I don't even like apple butter but the smell of apples filled the room and I was basically drooling the whole time... YUM
