First Day of School!!

First day of school was a great success! Met new people and learned a lot already! Paper topics for the class are due tonight, I'm thinking of writing about the pros and cons of fair trade certified products: for example how it can help the financial situation of producers, especially in developing countries, and how the price of the products can end up excluding certain consumers. Still in the works... :) Here are Jeni and I ready for the trek to school for our first day! On our way to the bus after finishing our first day, there was a sign hanging on an office window that read "If you think you're too small to have an impact, try going to bed with a mosquito in the room". First: SO TRUE! Second: fantastic inspiration :)
